LIVING ROOM - The house has a spacious living room, framed by original frescoes on the walls, with a comfortable sofa and a SMART TV. - There is a spacious dining area that comfortably accommodates all guests.
KITCHENETTE - The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need during your stay, including an electric kettle, an oven and stove, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a capsule coffee machine.
BEDROOMS - The house offers two bedrooms with high-quality bedding. - There is a single bedroom with a private bathroom. - There is also a queen bedroom with access to a balcony fronting the Tagus River.
BATHROOMS - The apartment has 2 modern bathrooms with large mirrors, fixed showers, electric towel rails, and hair dryers. - Towels are provided for all guests.

- Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
- Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
- All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
- Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed (sorry!).

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
