This 2-bedroom apartment has a spacious living room with lots of natural light. Since it is unfurnished, you can design the living room accordingly to your comfort and likes. The kitchen has been newly furbished and it is fully equipped. The design is very modern and it receives a lot of natural light from the window. The house has a cute little balcony-turned sun room through which you can see the neighbourhood street. You can use this space to soak in the sun and spend your lazy afternoons.

The apartment is located in a very historic area. It is surrounded by various churches and parks. For cultural trips, you can go to Cemitério dos Prazeres. It is the second largest cemetery and has a very sad history. It was created in 1833 when the city of Lisbon was hit by an outbreak of cholera morbus. For something less morbid, there are various restaurants and bars that you can go to such as the Lisbon Café - Shisha Bar, which is located only 10 minutes away, by foot.
