Due to the fact that we already sold rooms for one semester. The rest of the rooms available need to be booked at least for 10 or 11 months
All available rooms needs to be booked until the end of second semester 10 or 11 months in total.
Your check-in date should be the first available day.
- Your contract start date should be the first available day in the calendar.
Dear Tenant please keep in mind before booking a room with us that:
a) Single - 2600 PLN- for semester rental and 150 PLN less for 11 or 12 month rental.
b) Room for a couple - 2800 PLN and 1650 respectively for a longer lease.
c) Contract starts from the beginning of September until the end of February.
- The price shown is for 5 months' stays only. The price will be lower for longer stays.
- Offer for 10 months: 100 PNL less
- Offer for 11 months: 200 PNL less
- The Landlord requires the tenant to pay a deposit of one month's rent and a one-time service charge of 300 PLN. The Tenant will receive a contract from us with the specified information that he has 2 working days for the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the deposit and one-time service fee then the booking might be not accepted.
