Whether you have a month or up to half a year to do in the Hanseatic city, are looking for work space or a temporary home - you will find it in the lofts of a former laundry Hamburg-Barmbek.

Rental periods that deviate from whole week or month bookings are charged by the day. The minimum occupancy is 30 days.

4 apartments are designed for singles.

Each of the approx. 32 sqm lofts has a fully equipped kitchenette and separate bathroom. SAT-TV, WLAN and LAN are included in the rent as well as all additional costs. You will receive a weekly room cleaning incl. bed change.

If you wish, you can use a letterbox together with the other apartments. The addresses are registrable - for this you need a flat owner confirmation which we will gladly issue on request and depending on the rental period. Please note that the costs associated with the registration are not part of the rent and will be borne by you.

Our laundry loft has of course a washing machine in the common utility room, which can be shared.
