L’alloggio si trova di fronte al Parco di Villa Croce, sede del Museo di Arte Moderna, in una posizione eccezionale per l’accesso ai mezzi pubblici in ogni direzione, con negozi, ristoranti, farmacie e servizi a portata di mano.

L’appartamento, recentemente rinnovato, può ospitare fino a quattro persone. È curato in ogni dettaglio, accogliente e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dal centro storico.

Dotato di ingresso indipendente, dispone di un soggiorno, una sala da pranzo, una camera da letto separata e un bagno con doccia e bidet. La cucina, completamente attrezzata, offre piano cottura, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e utensili da cucina. L’alloggio include inoltre lavatrice, minibar, set per la preparazione di tè e caffè, TV a schermo piatto con canali via cavo e una piacevole vista sul giardino.

L’unità dispone di quattro comodi posti letto: un letto matrimoniale alla francese nella camera da letto e un divano letto estremamente confortevole nel soggiorno. Gli arredi, di qualità, uniscono elementi antichi e moderni, in gran parte realizzati da artigiani.

La sosta in città è generalmente a pagamento, ma gli ospiti di Casa Nina possono usufruire di un pass per la sosta gratuita nelle zone E e D.

Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano fermate e capolinea di autobus che collegano in pochi minuti il centro, le due stazioni ferroviarie, il Porto Antico e l’Acquario di Genova.

A delightful apartment located in the heart of the city, in the elegant and quiet Carignano district, just steps from the sea and the new Waterfront, Corso Italia, Boccadasse, the Old Port, and the Aquarium of Genoa. The property faces Villa Croce Park, home to the Museum of Modern Art, and enjoys an exceptional location with excellent public transport connections and shops, restaurants, and pharmacies all within easy reach.

Recently renovated, the apartment can accommodate up to four guests. It is tastefully decorated, very welcoming, and just a short walk from both the city center and the historic old town.

Featuring a private entrance, the air-conditioned apartment includes a living room, dining area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The fully equipped kitchen provides a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. Additional amenities include a washing machine, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a pleasant garden view.

The unit offers four comfortable sleeping places: a French double bed in the bedroom and an extremely comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The furniture combines antique and modern pieces, many of which are handcrafted by local artisans.

Although parking in the city is generally paid, guests at Casa Nina receive a special pass allowing free parking in the surrounding areas (zones E and D).

Bus stops and main lines are located nearby, providing quick connections to the city center, both train stations, the Old Port, and the Aquarium of Genoa.
