RULES OF THE HOUSE:
- In the house it is forbidden to smoke (smoking is allowed in the balcony only and you have to use the ashtray).
- Maintenance: the ordinary maintenance, also the annual review of the boiler, is to be borne by the sub-lessor.
- Any damages: if caused by the tenants, are fully borne by the same:
- Of the specific/Of the/the tenant/s where the responsibility of the individual/s is recognized.
- Of all occupants the rooms where there is no specific responsibility.
At the end of the rental contract, then at the time of return of the room, any damage caused to the rented unit, to the common parts (if of own responsibility and not still healed) or to the contained furnishing (you see verbal immovable delivery), they will be estimated punctually and welded to the Sublocator to the action of returning the room. In case of loss of the keys, the tenant will have the duty to compensate the Sub-Lessor for a sum of euro 50.00.

- The Sub-Lessor declines all responsibility for improper use of the dwelling, common or private spaces, and for any theft in the dwelling.

- WASTE: all tenants of the house must take note of the instructions containing the methods of waste collection, delivery times and other timely information (see website www.aliaspa.it) that must be managed directly by tenants. Any fines resulting from mismanagement of separate collections will be borne by the person or divided among all tenants if there is no specific liability.
- INTERNET: Simultaneous use of multiple devices may lead to a decrease in bandwidth and a relative slowdown. In case the connection has a malfunction turn off and turn on the modem, then contact customer service * (Wifi Network and Password are under the modem; Line num: .................................. ); Internet access is only available to tenants.
It is forbidden to visit sites that for contents and images are in contrast with the public decorum or with the civil and criminal laws in force (type pedopornography, porn sites, illegal exchange of files etc...) It is forbidden to alter, remove or damage the configuration of the router and any other equipment that allows internet browsing.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
