This studio for rent on Foster’s Avenue is a cute and snug garage studio. You don’t get a huge amount of light, but it’s still a great little spot if you don’t mind having the bathroom located outside of the space. Otherwise, it’s clean, with a nice decor and modern appliances. The open area is furnished with a single bed, a shelving unit, standalone wardrobe, and a table and chair that can double for dining or studying. The equipped kitchenette occupies the far right corner and has a fridge, hotplate, and microwave. Exiting the flat, you’ll need to go around the corner to find a shared bathroom, with contemporary features and heating, located in the laundry room, just past the washer and dryer.
The property is located in the community of Mount Merrion, and it’s pretty much student central here. In fact, the University College Dublin schools of law and business are right around the corneris and you are literally right next to the UCD campus, just a 1 minute walk. There is a large cafe, restaurants and pub (Union cafe and Kennedy’s pub) only 7 minutes walk away and at the same approximate distance, you’ll find the gorgeous Deerpark, where you can relax, jog or picnic. There is also a large SuperValu supermarket 5 minutes walk away and 10 minutes to the local pharmacy. Restaurants are spread out in this part of town, but there is a Pizza Hut and a few other restaurants and cafes near the University, as well as by the park.
Why rent this accommodation?
- The flat isn’t large, but furnishings and appliances are modern and there is a comfy vibe.
- You’ll be able to sleep in and still make it to class, since the UCD is so close!
