Rooms are available in a lovely, spacious apartment with parking in Swords. The apartment is very light with modern features and a polished wooden floor throughout. The spacious kitchen has a table, microwave, stove and oven plus lots of cupboard space. There's also a very bright and spacious living room with a fireplace and a door leading to the small balcony. Upstairs are the three bedrooms - one of which is en-suite - plus the shared bathroom which has both a bath and a shower. This is a very light apartment in a residential area with good bus links to Dublin airport and the city centre.

You'll be living in a residential area but there are plenty of facilities nearby. Walk 2 minutes along the road and there's a little shopping area with a Pizza Hut, SuperValu supermarket and ATM as well as a creche and Montessori nursery. A 10-minute walk to the L2300 will take you to a larger shopping district with stores and restaurants including Currys PC world, The Wright Venue nightclub, TGI Friday's and a Premier Inn. This is an ideal location if you want to be commute to the city but live in a more quiet, residential neighbourhood.

  • The bus stop is opposite the apartment block with buses 41N, 41C, 41X, 500, 500N, 501, 502, 503 and 504 stopping here. You can get to Dublin city centre in 40 minutes. Buses 41C and 41 take about 18 minutes to get to the airport.
