The house has one full bathroom upstairs, and a separate toilet room downstairs. The tenants have use of their bedroom, the bathrooms and the garden. Breakfast and evening meals are provided as part of the rent.

You will be living in Artane, in a residential area, but just a short walk from Kilmore Road, where you can find loads of useful shops, including Tesco and Lidl supermarkets, a Penneys, and Artane shopping centre, as well as a Post Office, pharmacy, and others. Also very nearby is a large, open park, where you can enjoy the sun on warm days. On Kilmore Road you can also catch the 104 bus, which will bring you directly to Dublin City University in about 20 minutes.
