The bus stop is very close to the house (3 minutes walk) and there are shops and supermarkets nearby too. The house is ideally situated between Dublin city centre and the seaside. The house itself is modern and cosy, surrounded by a lovely garden. You will be sharing the communal areas with the live-in landlady.
