Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert übergeben, sodass du einfach mit deinem Koffer einziehen kannst: Es gibt ein großes, gemütliches Doppelbett, einen Fernseher sowie schnelles WLAN. Zudem Spülmaschine, Backofen, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank. Die vollwertige Küche ist ideal ausgestattet und bietet unter anderem einen Kontaktgrill. Es gibt eine geräumige Dusche. Jedes Zimmer ist großzügig mit Infrarot-Heizungen ausgestattet.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Vietorstraße in Köln-Kalk. In der Umgebung findest du zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Köln Arcaden), Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants für den täglichen Bedarf. Ein Kino ist um die Ecke. Über den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (S-Bahn und Stadtbahn in fußläufiger Nähe, U-Bahn Station Kalk Post und S-Bahn Station Trimbornstraße) bist du perfekt angebunden und gelangst direkt in die Kölner Innenstadt sowie zum Hauptbahnhof.

Der Zwischenmietzeitraum läuft vom 20. Dezember bis zum 28. Februar (das sind 2 Monate und 12 Tage). Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 2.200 €. Die Kaution beträgt 1.200 €. Die Zwischenvermietung erfolgt ganz offiziell über einen ordentlichen Untermietvertrag. Bitte habe Verständnis dafür, dass keine Haustiere erwünscht sind. Da ich während meiner Abwesenheit ein paar Pflanzen in der Wohnung habe, wäre es super, wenn du diese ab und zu gießen könntest.
