- If a tenant's consumption exceeds 15% of the rent, Landlord will demand coverage for this extra cost.
- Pay to landlord before check-in: 2 rents (the last two months of stay)
- Overnight guests: yes, if visits stay to sleep 2 or more nights in a row, from the second night you must pay 7.5€/night
- If the length of stay is less than 5 months, the monthly price will increase 30%;
- Meetings with up to 8 visits are allowed in common areas
- Respect for the staff, facilities and equipment.
