  • Change of bedsheets and towels once a week, cleaning of common areas, washing and dry machine for clothes, iron.
  • If a tenant's consumption exceeds 15% of the rent, Landlord will demand coverage for this extra cost.
  • Pay to landlord before check-in: 2 rents (the last two months of stay)
  • Overnight guests: yes, if visits stay to sleep 2 or more nights in a row, from the second night you must pay 7.5€/night
  • If the length of stay is less than 5 months, the monthly price will increase 30%;
  • Meetings with up to 8 visits are allowed in common areas
  • Respect for the staff, facilities and equipment.
  • Respect for the work and tranquility of other residents.
