Payment & Conditions

  • Monthly Rent: €399 Paid in cash at the beginning of each month (around the 1st), during a short in-person meeting (approx. 15 minutes). Both parties sign a receipt — one copy for you, one for us. This personal system helps ensure clear communication and avoids misunderstandings often caused by fully online or AI-based arrangements.

Additional Costs:

  • €90 / month – Covers regular cleaning and bed linen service, as well as a deep cleaning every 3 months. The deep cleaning includes windows, curtains, beds (with mite-cleaning machine), kitchen appliances, washing machine, and more — scheduled flexibly based on your availability.
  • €250 / month – Utility & service package, including gas, water, electricity, internet, common area cleaning, building lighting, elevator maintenance, house insurance.

  1. After the first month rent, the rent will be paid in Euros in cash directly to the landlord.There is a 70€ administrative fee to be paid to the landlord.
