This 43 m² studio apartment is completely new. It is spacious, bright and modern, and in a newly renovated, very elegant building. We're certain you'll love it. There's a full kitchen, including an oven and dishwasher, along with extra luxuries, like a Nespresso coffee machine. There is plenty of space in the studio for a couple, with a double bed that hides away during the day.

The building is on Rue du Prince Albert in Ixelles. A minute's walk away is a busy intersection with plenty of shopping, plus cafes and restaurants. There are Proxy, Picard, and Carrefour grocery stores, plus a pharmacy, plus local boutiques and some high-street stores.
