Landlord policies
- Check-out Restrictions: Check-outs are strictly not allowed between:
- 31st May – 31st August
- 30th November – 31st December.
- Reservation Details:
- Contract starts on the 1st or 16th of the month (fortnightly contracts).
- Provide your full name and surname in the reservation request.
- Ensure the correct e-mail address, and mobile number, and note that after your booking confirmation, you will receive a text message and e-mail notification from RentYourNest.
Payments & steps before check-in:
- Deposit:
- 2 x months’ rent + 2 x months’ flat fee + 2 x months’ utility bills.
- The tenant must add a 2-month furniture fee to the deposit if specified in the property's additional payments
- By bank transfer: The deposit must be paid & received by the landlord at least 24 hours before check-in!
- By cash: The deposit is paid directly to the landlord during check-in.
- Check-in/out Fee: €75 each (€150 each on holidays/Sundays).
- If the contract starts mid-month, tenants must pay half of the rent along with other required payments.
- The tenant is required to pay the first month's bills along with the deposit.

- Contact Spotahome if you don’t get the RentYourNest invitation within 5 days or 3 hours for same-day bookings.
- All your communication during your journey will be done exclusively via RentYourNest
Check-in/Check-out
- Check-ins/outs: Between 10 AM – 4 PM only.
- Check-out dates must fall on the 14th or the last day of the month.
- The landlord will confirm the check-in meeting time depending on their availability after the deposit is paid and the contract is signed.
Utilities
- Washing machines (if available in the property) require coins to operate
- Excess utility usage will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay.
