This room has recently been completely renovated, and are situated in a shared home complete with a peaceful garden. The property is to be shared with the live-in landlords, who also rents out a studio in the same house. There is an equipped kitchen in the basement to share only with the roommates. The bathroom is to be shared with the live-in landlords and the housemates.
