This is a great room for rent in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Avenue de Roodebeek in SSchaerbeek. There are plenty of windows to let in some natural light and brighten the areas in this apartment. It has a fun style with bright colors and nice furniture. On the first floor, you'll find the bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom is a decent size and has a shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Go up the stairs and you'll find the spacious living room with a TV, two sofas, a pool table and dining area. This is a great area to have friends over and hang out! This space is huge and bright, which is hard to come by in major cities like Brussels. The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. It is a large enough space for the tenants to cook together.
Shaerbeek is a central and artsy neighborhood. Art comes to life here through its architecture, galleries, and art deco and art nouveau houses. If you enjoy a good picnic, you'll love the Place de Jamblinne de Meux, a small park nearby, as well as the larger Parc du Cinquantenaire. There are several shops and supermarkets nearby, including the inexpensive Colruyt supermarket.
