• Check-out Restrictions: Check-outs are strictly not allowed between:
  • 31st May – 31st August
  • 30th November – 31st December.
• Reservation Details:
  • Contract starts on the 1st or 16th of the month (fortnightly contracts).
  • Provide your full name and surname in the reservation request.
  • Ensure the correct e-mail address, and mobile number, and note that after your booking confirmation, you will receive a text message and e-mail notification from Rentila.(check spam folder, once booking confirmed to contact the Landlord), please use same email.

  • Communication with the owner will take place via this application.

Payments & steps before check-in:

• Deposit:
  • 2 x months’ rent + 2 x months’ flat fee + 2 x months’ utility bills.
  • The tenant must add a 2-month furniture fee to the deposit if specified in the property's additional payments
  • By bank transfer: The deposit must be paid & received by the landlord at least 24 hours before check-In!
• Check-in/out Fee: €75 each (€150 each on holidays/Sundays).
• If the contract starts mid-month, tenants must pay half of the rent along with other required payments.
• The tenant is required to pay the first month's bills along with the deposit.
• Units with seasonal pricing must consider the original price when calculating the security deposit.

Additional information & payments:

• The contract must be imperatively signed before the entry
• Change of date:NOT possible to change check in date, You must arriveon the check-in date indicated on the reservation.
• The rental price does not include any monthly bills or fees
• Rent Monthly Payment: Bank transfer only.
• Optional Bed-Linen Package: €220 for single/double beds (includes duvet, pillows, covers, etc.)

Steps after the Booking request reservation is accepted:

Platform Communication

• After your booking is accepted, you’ll receive a contract and payment details via Rentila
• Please pay attention to providing your correct e-mail address & mobile number, and note that after your booking confirmation, you will receive a text message and e-mail notification from RentYourNest.
• Contact Spotahome if you don’t get the RentYourNest invitation within 5 days or 3 hours for same-day bookings.
• All your communication during your journey will be done exclusively via RentYourNest

Check-in/Check-out

• Check-ins/outs: Between 10 AM – 4 PM only.
• Check-out dates must fall on the 14th or the last day of the month.
• The landlord will confirm the check-in meeting time depending on their availability after the deposit is paid and the contract is signed.

Utilities

• Washing machines (if available in the property) require coins to operate
• Excess utility usage will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay.

Documents Required

• ID/Passport.
• Work Contract.
• University Acceptance Letter (if applicable).

• Except few exception in the Molenbeek-Saint-Jean area, it is possible, if needed put the info in the request
