- copy of ID or passport with valid VISA
- university letter acceptance / internship
- proof of revenue
- NOTICE: the cleaning of the room and the parts in common, showers, kitchen, staircase, toilets, is NOT included in the charges, and is under the only responsibility of the roommates. If they don't do the cleaning, they have to pay the Monthly cleaning fees, which are higher than the charges.
