For example, in an easterly direction you will find the Schloßstraße - a central shopping mile. There is a central traffic junction too, through which you can easily get to any place in the city. If you don't feel like doing something like that, you can go for a walk in the green oasis of Dahlem or visit the botanical garden. With all of this, the location of the villa brings you an optimal balance between the exciting life of Berlin and quiet places. Check in on the weekends or national holidays would be possible upon request for a small fee of 100€ 6) Liability insurance is required for your stay and that needs to be submitted to us within 15 days from your move in date.. We recommend you to search for one yourself with a keyword “Haftpflichtversicherung“ 7) Other costs: GEZ-Gebühr (TV license) 17,50€ 8) Final cleaning fee: 185 €

    Move in

    Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
