Landlords in Berlin need proof of identity and proof of income to make an informed decision about who will be living in their property. Your documents will be securely stored in our database and only be seen by the landlord, never other tenants.
Landlord policies
- One-time Membership Fee: 390 Eur
- Important: Contracts can only start at the beginning of the month, please request accordingly, or it might be adjusted during the request. The check out day can be chosen by you.
- You will only pay for the days you stay in the apartment, once agreed on by you and the landlord.
