It's just a few minutes to the Müggelsee beach.

There are good public transport connections.

... only approximately 11 km directly from Tesla - Grünheide, also accessible by public transport or bicycle...

The apartment for a construction manager or two technicians is located in the Müggelheim district of Berlin Köpenick on the property of a single-family house with a garden. It's a large, bright room in the basement,

in a wooded area directly on the European Cycle Path between the large and small Müggelsee lakes. If needed, we can also rearrange the beds/furniture within the apartment to accommodate the desired level of privacy...

Numerous attractions and sporting facilities (e.g., golf courses) are located in the immediate vicinity.

Supermarkets, bakeries, a butcher shop, a hospital, and doctors of various specialties are available. Numerous restaurants (German, Asian, and Chinese cuisine), excursion restaurants, a dance club, and an ice cream parlor are located nearby.

The Treptow-Köpenick district is the largest in Berlin by area.

At the same time, it has the lowest population density. The Treptow district in the northeast borders directly on the inner-city districts of Neukölln, Kreuzberg, and Friedrichshain. However, even here, you will find large green spaces such as Treptower Park, Plänterwald, and Königsheide. Köpenick is located in the southeast, where the metropolis merges into the Berlin countryside. You can relax in the numerous forests around Lake Müggelsee, Lake Seddinsee, and the Spree and Dahme rivers, and go swimming in the summer.

One of the sights is Köpenick Castle and the adjacent Old Town. Here you will also find the Town Hall, the scene of the famous prank by Wilhelm Voigt, better known as the "Captain of Köpenick."

The S-Bahn lines S9 and S45 connect the district with Schönefeld Airport to the south and the city center. The city center can be reached from the southwestern part of Treptow-Köpenick via the S-Bahn lines S8, S46, S47, and S85. The S3 connects the northeastern parts of Köpenick with the city center.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
