This very cool studio apartment is available to rent on Thaerstraße in Freidrichshain. The studio is in a building with fantastic communal facilities, including the obvious common laundry room, and the less obvious common kitchen, bar, dining area, and barbecue! Add to that the large roof terrace and the garden, and these might be the best communal facilities in the city! The studio itself is very well equipped too, with modern, minimalist furnishings.
