The apartment has been recently renovated & generously proportioned. It is 107 m² & offers plenty of space for 3 people sharing the flat. The apartment has 3 separate large rooms: 31 sqm, 25 sqm & 26 sqm each. Since all the 3 rooms have privacy, it would be ideal for sharing. A fitted kitchen will be provisioned along with a washing machine. The flooring is of high-quality wood. A cellar compartment can be allocated on request.
The rooms are partly furnished. For your convenience, the kitchen will be furnished with refrigerator & stove top with all the cabinets. The image in the gallery is representative. The bathroom will be fitted with a washing machine. If you opt for a fully furnished option in the rooms, the following items will be provisioned:

The Bahnhofsstraße is characterised by its numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés. Bus and tram run directly in front of the door. The Forum Köpenick is 400 m away. From there you can take the S-Bahn (S-Bahn station Köpenick) with the connection to the S3 to the city centre. The Bellevue Park is just around the corner. Perfect way to spend your time in Berlin summers.
