Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.
Landlords in Berlin need proof of identity and proof of income to make an informed decision about who will be living in their property. Your documents will be securely stored in our database and only be seen by the landlord, never other tenants.

Security deposit (please confirm amount on PRICING) must be paid prior to move in, directly to the landlord.

● Checking-in is possible Monday to Friday 10:00-16:00 in our office. Please note that check-in during public holidays (Jan 1st etc.) is not possible.
● If you would like to check-in later or on the weekend, you can use our late check-in service upon request (Please be aware that there are limited time-slots). A designated employee will then check you in individually. Cost: 60EUR.
● If the first day of the month is on the weekend, the check-in will be happening on that day.
The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
The landlord only accepts tenants under the age of 45.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
