Landlords in Berlin need proof of identity and proof of income to make an informed decision about who will be living in their property. Your documents will be securely stored in our database and only be seen by the landlord, never other tenants.

Landlord only accepts requests with check out on the last day of the month.

● Check-in is possible Monday - Friday 10:00-16:00 in our office. Please note that check-in during public holidays is not possible.
● Late/weekend end check-in service upon request (limited time-slots) Cost: 60EUR.
● If the first day of the month is on the weekend, the check-in will be happening on that day.
The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
