This sunny and beautiful apartment with a south-facing balcony is located on the 4th floor of Stralauer Allee – between Oberbaumbrücke (S-Warschauer Straße) and Elsenbrücke (S-Bahn Treptower Park / Ostkreuz) – and is directly opposite the modern Media Spree development on the banks of the Spree.
