You enter the property on the 5th floor, where you will find the kitchen, an open dining room, a guest toilet, and a nice terrace of 20m2 with barbecue and an electric blind that allows you to eat outside during the day enjoying a beautiful shade.
Downstairs is the master bathroom with shower and bathtub, the main bedroom with walk-in closet, a living room with sofa and TV, a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with a sofa that becomes a double bed and space to work (office). The rooms have a black-out curtain system.
There is also a balcony all along the main bedroom and the living room.
All utilities are included, water, electricity, internet. Sonos music system.
Bed linen and towels included.

The apartment has doorman office that operates from Monday to Saturday. Functions include receiving deliveries, picking up dry cleaning, opening the apartment for guests or friends if the tenant is not at home, among others.
There is also a small playground for children in the inner courtyard.
It is a non-smoking apartment, although smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties with loud music that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed.
It is a requirement to have a house insurance to cover any damage caused to the property or the assets therein.
For cleaning, we can provide you with a reliable contact who knows the apartment perfectly. The cost is paid by the tenant, and it is a requirement that this service is contracted at least every two weeks.

In summer you can enter directly into the canal with a stand-up paddle or an inflatable boat and have a real Berlin experience.

Twice a week you can shop for groceries and typical products at the Turkish market in the Maybachufer. On the weekends you can enjoy a flea market and food stands along the canal.
The apartment is located on the 4th and 5th floor of a completely renovated ex telegraph factory. It has an elevator, French windows (with electric blinds), 4 m high ceilings giving a sense of space and peace in the heart of Kreuzberg. The house is very bright, during the summer there is sun on the terrace from noon onwards and due to the large number of windows there is plenty of light in the house.
