This beautifully decorated 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on a quiet street opposite the canal in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. The apartment is very tastefully furnished throughout, and will immediately feel like a home. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the quiet street, and through the trees to the canal, where you can sit and have breakfast on a sunny morning. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern fittings and a dining table by the bright window. There is lots of artwork throughout the house, including some of the landlord's own paintings. The living room has a large TV and a sound system, a sofa that can become a double bed, for if more than 2 people want to live here, or if you have guests.

As well as living in a gorgeous apartment, this is a lovely area to live in as well! The apartment is just opposite the Landwerk canal, which is lined by trees. The large and popular Görlitzer Park is a short walk away, and there are nightlife areas full of bars and restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk. Arena Berlin events space is about a 20-minute walk, perfect if you work in the industry. Not only that, but the huge and beautiful Treptower Park, on the banks of the Spree, is within walking distance, and, for music fans, so is Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin.
