Landlords in Berlin need proof of identity and proof of income to make an informed decision about who will be living in their property. Your documents will be securely stored in our database and only be seen by the landlord, never other tenants.

- Check-out cleaning fee (payable at check-out): €150 /€200 for Family apartment category/ Leipziger Str. no cleaning fee at check out
- the washing machines and dryers are common and located is the basement floor and could be used for extra fees/ Washing machine is available in the apartments of Leipziger Straße
