  • Payment method: cash; bank transfer; credit card
  • Tenants:18-39 years old only (except for whole apartments, which does not have maximum age).
  • Tenants contact phone number available from: Monday to Friday from 9.30 a 18.00 and for emergencies 24/7
  • Overnight visits are allowed but please inform the landlord in advance
  • In the case of an early checkout, a minimum of 150eur of penalty will be applied
  • Prices (general):
  • Rooms:
    • Agency fees of 0.00 EUR for bookings with arrival and departure dates before 01/09/2024
    • Agency fees 195 EUR (1 person)--- 275 EUR (2 persons). for bookings with check ins from September, 1st 2024 on
    • Couples: allowed in double rooms (with some exceptions) and studios/apartments
      • Rooms with couples allowed: €100 supplement per month
    • Deposit: 500 EUR
    • Minimum stay 1 month.
    • Expenses included up to a limit of 50 EUR per person
    • Cleaning service included weekly for common areas and biweekly for the rooms.
    • Final cleaning not included, 50 EUR are deducted from the deposit.
  • Whole apartments:
    • Separate monthly expenses of 150 EUR fixed per month
    • Deposit of one month's rent.
    • Agency fees 847 EUR.
    • Minimum stay 1 month.

    • Final cleaning service not included, deducted from the deposit 100 EUR (per studio), 150 EUR (2 rooms) 200 EUR (3 rooms).
  • Admin fee includes:
    • Legal contract.
    • Possibility of extending the contract.
    • Possibility to move to another room from the landlord's portfolio.
    • Maintenance of the apartment.
    • Bed-linen, towel, pillow and duvet included.
    • 24h / 7 days phone number to call for emergency and assistance.
    • Office support, queries, general matters during your stay.
  • Check-in/out info:
    • From Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 16:00 (at the landlord's office)
    • Weekends: NOT AVAILABLE (exceptions may apply, please get in touch with the LL).
    • You must contact the landlord at least 30 minutes before arrival
  • Out of hours check-in:
    • 10:00 - 12:00 (subject to availability)
    • 19:00 - 21:00: €30 (at the landlord's office)
    • After 21:00: upon request - a higher fee will apply
  • For census registration (empadronamiento) we need:
    • To have confirmation that you are a student, scholarship holder or hired worker (document proving this is required).
    • Minimum stay of 6 months (from the moment of the application for registration).
    • Payment of the last month's rent in advance.
  • Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish, French, German.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.

24-hour response

Landlords have a maximum of 24 hours to accept or reject your booking request. If the landlord accepts, you will be charged the first payment and we will put you in contact with your new landlord. If he/she refuses or does not reply, our team will provide you with new alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • ID or Passport
    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
  • Direct debit of the rental payment
    The monthly payment for these properties is made through our platform. We will request payments via direct debit in order to charge you on a monthly basis.

Move in

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.

Remember: you have 24h to check your new home

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
