B. Desglose de Suministros (Para subir el "ticket" legalmente):
"Además de la renta, el arrendatario abonará una cantidad mensual de [X] € en concepto de provisión de gastos de suministros (agua, luz, gas). Ambas partes acuerdan que dicha cantidad será regularizada al finalizar el contrato, aportando el arrendador las facturas correspondientes.
