For reservations with check-in from September 1 onwards, the administration fee is equal to one month. Maximum age allowed for the tenant: MUST BE A STUDENT Minimum age allowed: 17 years Payment method: credit card or bank direct debit (SEPA) Direct debit available: YES The security deposit is €1000 and the registration fee is €200, both must be paid to complete the reservation.
Administrative fee (membership fee): 1 month’s rent payable as an additional fee at the time of check-in. Utilities are included in the monthly payment. Check-in is possible as long as the stay is at least 6 months.
