- LL DOES NOT ACCEPT RESIDENTS OF BARCELONA AS TENANTS.
- If your booking is for two months or less, the full amount of the stay must be paid before check in.
- Landlord might ask for flight tickets to justify temporary stay.
- Deposit:
- Up to 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is one monthly rent month
- More than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent
- Bills:
- The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you
- Contracts:
- Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor
- Contract should be fully signed before checking in
- Documentation required:
- ID / Passport
- Work Contract
- University Acceptance letter (if applicable)
- Recent paychecks / Tax declaration
- Check-in/out hours:
- Check-in: tenants to arrive at the landlord's office with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys
- If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm. NO CHECKINGS AFTER 12AM.
- Keys:
- Each tenant in the contract will receive one set of keys. Anyone who is not in the contract will not receive keys of the apartment
- Payment:
- You have 3 options to pay the balance:
- Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm, maximum 1500€ per person)
- Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
- Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
- For contracts starting on or after the 16th of the month, the remainder of the following month's rent must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
- Check-out cleaning fee (this cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay): 16€ per hour + VAT and laundry 30€ + VAT per hour.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
