Landlord policies

• Admin Fee: 250 EUR per person.
• + 100€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms where couples are allowed.
• Bills:
  • Up to €60/month of supplies per room and month (water, electricity, gas).
  • Up to €90/month for 2 people for rooms where couples are allowed.
• Lives on property: no
• Payment method: Automatic credit/debit card deduction
• Cleaning service: common areas (weekly)
• Initial welcome pack with cleaning and hygienic included
• Welcome pack with two sets of bed linen and two sets of towels.
• Minimum age of the tenants: 18 years old.
• Required documentation:
  • ID / Passport
  • Work contract
  • University acceptance letter (if applicable)
• Payment procedure:

For stays with check in or check out not covering a full month, prices will be according to landlord policies

• First month:
  • Move-in date between 1st and 10th: full month's rent due
  • Move-in date between 11th and 20th: 20% discount on the first month's rent
  • Move-in date between 21st and 31st: €35 per night/single rooms and 50€/2 people occupancy.
• Final month:
  • Move-out date between 1st and 10th: €35 per night/single rooms and 50€/2 people occupancy.
  • Move-out date between 11th and 20th: 20% discount on the final month's rent
  • Move-out date between 21st and 31st: full month's rent due
• Check-in&out info:
  • In order to check-in, you need to go to our office from 09:00 to 19:00 to get your keys, sign your rental contract and make your payments.
  • You can also check-in directly at the apartment in the same schedule Monday to Friday per €35 extra.
  • Check-ins during weekends or holidays as well as late check-ins (Monday to Friday from 19:00 to 21:00), will be done directly at the apartment and charged €50 extra.
  • Check-ins cannot be done after 21:00.
