To ensure compliance with applicable regulations and our internal conditions, you are required to provide documentation or evidence supporting the reason for your temporary stay no later than 7 days after making the reservation. Failure to provide this information within the established period, or submission of invalid documentation, will constitute a breach of the reservation conditions and will result in the cancellation process being initiated through the portal.

Once the reservation has been accepted, we will request the information required to register you in our system via chat. The reservation cannot be confirmed until this information has been received and subsequently approved. We will then send the contract by email for you to read and sign. The keys will only be handed over once the contract has been signed.

Check-in is free at our office from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Check-ins outside these hours, as well as on weekends or public holidays, are subject to an additional fee starting from €97.
