-LEAVE THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS CLEAN AFTER USE.
-VISITS ARE ALLOWED UNTIL 22:00
-LOST KEYS OR BROKEN LOCKS WILL BE CHARGED WITH A 50€ FEE.
-IF SOMEONE STAYS OVERNIGHT IN YOUR ROOM YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE PRIOR NOTICE AND PAY 20€ PER NIGHT FOR THE ADDITIONAL GUEST. MAXIMUM STAY OF EXTRA GUEST IS 5 NIGHTS IN A ROW. ONLY ONE EXTRA GUEST IN THE WHOLE PROPERTY.
Violation of any of these rules or any other rule that jeopardizes the tranquility and safety of the tenants may be cause for expulsion.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The heating service will be available from December 1st to March 15th without any exception.
-To guarantee your peace of mind, we do not have a dining room or living room.
-We do not have laundry service, but a few steps from the apartment there is a very cheap automatic laundry.
- Check ins made after 22:00 have a cost of 20€.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
