The apartment has be recently renovated and redecorated, and is in excellent condition, with all new furnishings and fittings. The common areas are comfortable, including a well-equipped kitchen, and there is 1 bathroom to share between 3 of the bedrooms, as bedroom 4 has it's own private bathroom.
This is an excellent area of the city in which to live; close to the central and historic areas of El Raval and Barrí Gòtic, and just a short walk from the harbour, where you'll find the main business district. From the nearby Paral·lel Metro station, Universitat de Barcelona is just 2 stops away, and to get to know the city from above, just head up the nearby Montjuïc. It'll take about 5-minutes to get to the top from the apartment (depending from your fitness level), and there are amazing views of the city from there.
