- Bills are not included and must be paid to the landlord.
- For bookings until 31/08/2026, ASNEF and inventory are included in the admin fee.
- The €450 admin fee is a special offer for June, July, and August 2027 stays; for longer bookings, the fee is 1 month’s rent + bills + 21% VAT.
