- Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Tenants must provide their own. The mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.
- Important note:" Landlord ask for 1 month of monthly rent as admin fee and 1 month of rent as Security deposit"

Monthly Prices include: Internet, weekly cleaning service, maintenance service, community fees. Water, electricity and gas bills are not included.
