- Rooms with couples allowed: €100 supplement per month

- Final cleaning not included, 50 EUR are deducted from the deposit.

- 19:00 - 21:00: €30 (at the landlord's office)

- For census registration (empadronamiento) we need:
- To have confirmation that you are a student, scholarship holder or hired worker (document proving this is required).
- Minimum stay of 6 months (from the moment of the application for registration).
- Payment of the last month's rent in advance.
- Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish, French, German.
- Your landlord does not live on the property.

Move in
