Check-in/out information:
It's only possible to arrive/leave during working days
- Check-in (Monday - Friday): 15:00 - 18:00*
- Check-out (Monday - Friday): before 11:00 am.
- Check-in from 18:00 to 21:00 will have an extra fee of 50€.
- Check-in after 21:00 or on public holidays will have an extra fee of 90€.
Important information
- Must follow the norms of co-existence.
- The Tenant must pay at the beginning of his/her stay a Welcome Service fee of €250 to cover the costs of: drafting and signing the legal rental Agreement, check-in at the Accommodation (see Arrivals and Departures Policy) supply of two pillows, two cushions, duvet, blanket, a complete set of sheets and two towels (only payment)
- In case the Tenants are a couple, the Welcome Service, which includes management, the second pair of towels, and a second copy of keys, will be increased by €100. (only payment)
- In the event the Tenants are a couple: the rent will be increased by €265/month, including up to €65 of monthly utilities (water, electricity and gas), weekly supply of toilet and kitchen paper, hand soap and dish soap for the second person, weekly cleaning of the common areas, maintenance and 24h assistance by a Community Facilitator. (monhtly payment)
- A €125 room check-out fee must be paid at the time of check-out.
- The deposit must be paid two working days before the check-in date. If payment is made on the day of check-in, it can be made in cash or by credit card via payment link.
