A central and well-connected location, 5 minutes walk from Plaza Cataluña and the Plaça Universitat and Passeig de Gràcia metro stations that connect with the entire city.

Fees to pay 30 days before check in:
- The admin fee varies depending on the length of the contract.
- The deposit varies between one or two months depending on the length of stay (single mandatory payment before check in).
- First month's bills.
- Final cleaning.
- Payment method: bank transfer or credit card.
In case of cancellation, only the deposit will be refunded.
Check in info:
- Our reception is located at Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 09:00 and 19:30 from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays from Monday to Friday).
- If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a public holiday during the week), the keys will be collected from Aribau street, from 09:00 to 19:30.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish.
For corporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
*Prices are subject to the duration of the contract and in advance of the date of entry to the flat.
