Landlord policies
- Your booking request will only be accepted if you are between 20 & 40 years of age.
- The booking must be made in the name of the person entering the room.
- Maximum occupancy: 1 person per room
- Important information: The deposit must be paid within the first week of booking confirmation. In order to check-in, you need to fill in the form sent to you by the landlord and arrange the check-in at least 48 hours before arrival. Without these three conditions, your booking may be cancelled.
- Payment method: bank transfer
- All transfers from bank accounts outside the EU will be charged an additional fee of €20 due to bank charges for international transactions.
- Check-in:
- Monday - Friday: from 15:00 to 18:00. It is not possible to check in earlier or later.
- No check-ins during weekends.
- Cleaning service included once per week.
- The landlord offers registration for an additional €150 administration fee.
- In case of early exit, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish.
- Your landlord does not live on the property.

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
