THIS PROPERTY IS ONLY FOR STUDENTS, WE MIGHT REFUSE YOUR ADMISSION ON THE CHECK-IN DAY IF YOU'RE NOT A STUDENT.

Keep in mind that our pictures are orientative and according to each typology, the decoration and some elements may change, but the rooms & property characteristics remain the same.

• If you book to check in & check out on the first, mid, or last days of the month consider that you must pay the total monthly rate.
• Si haces reserva para ingresar y salir al inicio, la mitad o al final del mes considera que debes cubrir el total mensual del alquiler.

The price increases according to your stay:

-10 to 11 months -> +0%

-7 to 9 months -> +10%

-4 to 6 months -> +20%

-1 to 3 months -> +25%

In order to confirm your booking with the landlord, the tenant must cover the deposit/fianza fee within 48 hrs, after the booking acceptance.

• Payment methods accepted: For bank transfers, we don't accept fortnightly/biweekly payments. In order to fully confirm your reservation,the deposit and the supplies amount must be paid before your arrival, aside from your first month's payment through Spotahome.
• If you decide to cancel your booking after it has been accepted, here is the cancelation policy for a refund:

-> More than 31 days before check-in you will get a 100% refund from the security deposit

-> Between 30 to 16 days before check-in, you will get a 50% refund from the security deposit

-> Less than 15 days before your check-in, there will be no refund from your security deposit.
