For stays with check in or check out not covering a full month, prices will be according to landlord policies
- First month:
- Move-in date between 1st and 10th: full month's rent due

- Move-in date between 21st and 31st: €35 per night/single rooms and 50€/2 people occupancy.
- Final month:
- Move-out date between 1st and 10th: €35 per night/single rooms and 50€/2 people occupancy.

- Check-in&out info:
- In order to check-in, you need to go to our office from 09:00 to 19:00 to get your keys, sign your rental contract and make your payments.
- You can also check-in directly at the apartment in the same schedule Monday to Friday per €35 extra.
- Check-ins during weekends or holidays as well as late check-ins (Monday to Friday from 19:00 to 21:00), will be done directly at the apartment and charged €50 extra.
- Check-ins cannot be done after 21:00.
- Registration is possible with a minimum stay of 6 months.
