You don't have to imagine it anymore, we have the perfect apartment for you. In this apartment of 170 m2, natural lighting and ventilation are the protagonists. A comfortable and very spacious living room, decorated in a rustic style, welcomes us with large windows that take over the space and invite us to the balcony overlooking the Plaza de la Revolución. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with the appliances you need to cook from your arrival, you will find a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, among others; and furniture where you can store utensils and dishes. From here you can access the terrace of 20m2, where you can enjoy the pleasant climate of Barcelona. The sleeping area has 5 rooms: 3 are bedrooms and 2 rooms are equipped as study or work area. Each bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, closet or chest of drawers so you can store what you need. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the square. On the floor you will find a full bathroom and a toilet. It also has heating, air conditioning in the dining room area and master bedroom, and wifi.
The neighborhood: The villa of Gracia is the heart of the neighborhood with the same name. It is one of the most traditional neighborhoods and with more personality, each of its narrow streets captivates you in each of its corners. It has a very lively atmosphere so you will find all kinds of stores, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and bars in the surroundings. The apartment is located in the Plaza de la Revolución. A 7-minute walk away we find the Joanic (L4) and Fontana (L3) stations; as well as the busy and famous Paseo Sant Joan, a green space for walking, sports or enjoy its gastronomic offer.

- Deposit: 2 months (due prior to check in).
- Will be returned by bank transfer. If bank commissions are produced, they will be charged to the tenant.

- OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
- 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
- 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
- 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
- 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*
- *Ask the agent in each particular case.
- This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES
- As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
- The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.
The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
