In order to confirm your booking with the landlord, the tenant must cover the deposit/fianza and admin fee within 48 hrs, after the booking acceptance.

- Take into account that if you are booking an entire flat, there is a final cleaning's charge of 250€ and 75€ if you are booking a room.
- THERE IS AN EXTRA COST FOR CHECK-INS OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS AND WEEKENDS.
- After confirming the booking on Spotahome, you will have to pay the admin fees and the deposit to the owner within 48 hours. The contract will have to be signed at the latest 1 week after the payments.
