Welcome to our cozy three bedroom apartment near Mar Bella beach. This charming retreat offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups.

Very quiet, bright furnished apartment overlooking a large green area. Located 5 minutes from the Mar Bella beach and 5 minutes from the center of the pleasant neighborhood of Poblenou.

All rooms and the living-dining room overlook a garden area inside the block. It has 3 bedrooms, one of them en suite, one double and one single. All of them open onto a terrace overlooking the garden area. The living-dining room has direct access to the terrace. The kitchen, renovated and fully equipped, is integrated to the living-dining room, so it also has plenty of natural light.

In total, it has 2 complete bathrooms, one of them in the suite. Equipped with air conditioning in the dining room, heating throughout the house and parquet floors. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and pets are not allowed. The rent includes parking space in the same building and responsible consumption of supplies: 150e.

Where to go?

Carrer de Taulat is located within the Sant Martí neighborhood, which is known for its mix of residential and commercial spaces. It is located in the northeastern part of Barcelona, close to the Mediterranean Sea.

The area is well connected to the rest of Barcelona by public transportation. Nearby metro stations include the El Maresme | Fòrum station, which is served by Line 4 (yellow) of the Barcelona Metro. In addition, bus routes run through the neighborhood, providing convenient access to other parts of the city.

One of the highlights of living or staying in Sant Martí is its proximity to the beach. Carrer de Taulat is located near Barcelona's coastline, allowing residents easy access to beaches such as Nova Mar Bella and Bogatell for recreational activities and relaxation.

Landlord policies

Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in.

In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.

Check-in out of working hours:

  • From 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm, check-in is possible at an additional cost of €65; from 10:00 pm - 00:00 am, an additional cost of €85 would be payable, upon request.
  • It is necessary to fill in and sign the form and the house rules. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID.
  • No parties are allowed. In case a neighbor complains or presents evidence that a party is being held in the apartment, the deposit will be taken; and in case of damage, the cost of repair/replacement of damaged items will be claimed.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
