It has a warm atmosphere with contemporary furniture and decorations.

The flat also has a dining area with a round table and four white chairs, nestled next to the living room.
The room is well lit naturally, thanks to the large wall-to-wall glass doors that give access to a cosy balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, for you to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors.

Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.
Check-in out of working hours:
- From 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm, check-in is possible at an additional cost of €65; from 10:00 pm - 00:00 am, an additional cost of €85 would be payable, upon request.
- It is necessary to fill in and sign the form and the house rules. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID.
- No parties are allowed. In case a neighbor complains or presents evidence that a party is being held in the apartment, the deposit will be taken; and in case of damage, the cost of repair/replacement of damaged items will be claimed.
